Privacy Policy — One Pan Chaos

1. Who we are

One Pan Chaos is a fast-paced arcade cooking game published by Miber Sistemas (a company registered in Brazil, CNPJ —). The game is available for free on the Google Play Store, with an optional in-app purchase to remove ads.

2. What data the app collects

Your game data — progress, high scores and settings — is stored only on your device using the Android local storage. We do not have accounts, logins, or a server that holds this data.

The following data may be collected by Google services integrated into the app:

• Google AdMob (ads in the free version): collects the advertising identifier (Advertising ID), device information and usage data to serve ads, as described in Google's advertising policy. You can reset or limit the Advertising ID in your Android settings, or remove ads entirely with the one-time in-app purchase.
• Google Play Billing (the "Remove Ads" purchase): the payment is processed entirely by Google Play. The app does not receive or store any card or payment data. See Google's privacy policy.

We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts or financial data, and we do not use analytics SDKs.

3. Android permissions

• INTERNET: required to load and display ads (AdMob) and to validate the in-app purchase.
• AD_ID: access to the advertising identifier, used by AdMob (Android 13+).
• BILLING: to process the "Remove Ads" purchase through Google Play.

4. Children

One Pan Chaos is rated for ages 13 and up and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child has used the app, please contact us and we will help.

5. Your choices and rights

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app or using "Clear data" in your Android settings. To opt out of personalized ads, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in the Android privacy settings. For data processed by Google (AdMob, Google Play), please also refer to Google's privacy policy.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The effective date at the top indicates the current version. Significant changes will be announced within the app.
